When entering our office, we will greet you with a smile whether on the phone or at the front desk! You will find our waiting room comfortable and relaxing with family friendly movies, fresh coffee, and the essence of an ocean oasis to ease your day. Our friendly staff will acknowledge your arrival and register you for your appointment. When your appointment time arrives, you will be led to our consultation room to privately obtain your health history and blood pressure.
Weight and temperature will be obtained for children. Next, we will lead you into our treatment rooms where you will be seated and able to hear relaxing and uplifting music from K-Love. All necessary digital radiographs will be taken and additional information will be collected.
Dr. Enriquez will then be summonsed to meet you and she will perform a thorough head and neck examination, an oral cancer screening and dental exam. This is done to identify your areas of concern and then to determine your treatment plan and which cleaning will suit your oral health needs. After your examination and discussion with Dr. Enriquez, your dental assistant will lead you back to the consultation room to privately discuss your treatment recommendations and explain the procedures if needed. The next step is to check out, conveniently located before exiting into the waiting room. Our receptionist will gladly make your next appointment with a reminder card. We will also remind you of appointments by text and email if you can provide us with your information solely for the purpose of reminders.
